1. Data We Store
When you interact with our services, we may store:
- Website: Account information, order history, shipping addresses, and preferences
- Facebook Messenger: Your Facebook Page-Scoped User ID (PSID), conversation history with our chatbot, and any information you share during chats
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at sales@wahidiya.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the following:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account (if applicable)
- For Facebook Messenger users: Your Facebook name or the email/phone you used when messaging our page
- A clear statement that you wish to delete your data
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
3. Facebook Messenger Users
If you have used our Facebook Messenger chatbot:
- We store your conversation history to provide better assistance
- To request deletion, send us an email as described above, or send a message to our Facebook Page with "Delete my data"
- We will remove all stored conversation history and your associated user ID from our systems
- Note: Deleting data from our systems does not delete messages from your Facebook Messenger app; you may need to delete those separately within Messenger if desired
4. What Gets Deleted
Upon successful processing of your request, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our databases
- Remove your chat/conversation history
- Remove any stored identifiers (e.g., Facebook PSID)
- Retain only data required by law (e.g., order records for tax/legal compliance) in anonymized form where possible
